Description
Give the gift of knitting! These courses are for up to 6 people and will suit those who have never knitted before or who have done a little knitting some years ago and want to start again; they allow plenty of one-on-one time as you’d be surprised how tricky a bit of wool and a couple of sticks can be to control!
I will bring everything you need to get started including instruction materials, yarn and needles. We start with some sample squares to learn the techniques of casting on, a knit stitch and casting off and then move on to making some fingerless mittens or a little clutch bag for you to start in the class and finish off at home. I bring samples so that you can see what you’re aiming for!
The voucher can be redeemed for any of our beginner’s knitting courses – they will be for two and half hours on week day evenings with dates, times and venues to be confirmed but starting in late June and early July and held in/around Cambridge and Bedford.
